Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of Civil Servants in various countries using the Systematic Literature Review method. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review method by examining articles related to the influence of motivation on the performance of Civil Servants published by Sinta-indexed journals and international journals from 2020 to 2024. This study found that work motivation has a significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants. The majority of Civil Servants are motivated by the need for awards, because the needs under them have been met. These findings indicate that to improve the performance of Civil Servants, motivation derived from the need for rewards such as achievement, status, responsibility, and reputation must be prioritized. This research makes a new contribution by examining the influence of motivation on the performance of Civil Servants in various countries, which is still rarely studied in depth in Indonesia.
